About Laura Martinez
Laura is originally from the Dominican Republic and immigrated to the United States as a teenager. That personal journey provided her with firsthand, lived experience regarding the severe obstacles, anxiety, and complex procedural hurdles that immigrant families endure when navigating the U.S. immigration and court systems.
As a native Spanish speaker who also speaks fluent English, Laura connects effortlessly with clients from diverse backgrounds. She bridges communication gaps with warmth and empathy, ensuring that every client understands each phase of their legal journey without intimidating jargon.
Laura has seven years of specialized legal experience preparing deportation and removal defense cases, family immigration visa petitions, and managing evidentiary records for federal filings. She oversees all Family Court proceedings for our office, ensuring that critical state court orders are secured cleanly and efficiently.
